Rates and all-inclusive services given here apply to two full-paying guests staying 7 nights excl. visitor’s tax.
Visitor’s tax: € 2.80 per person per day (aged 15 and over)
For the bed and breakfast option, the rates given are reduced by 10%.
There is a surcharge for single occupancy of € 10.00
Dogs are welcome – rates from € 9.50. Please understand that animals are not permitted in the dining room.
Surcharges up to 15% may be incurred for minibreaks.
Room rates do not include the cost of your ski passes.
If you choose to book rooms other than those specified in the package deals, the difference will be calculated according to the list of rates.

Cancellation policy and charges
No later than 3 months prior to the date a guest is scheduled to arrive, the contracting party may give notice to terminate the accommodation agreement without incurring a cancellation fee.
Past this date, anyone wishing to withdraw from the agreement may only do so subject to payment of the following cancellation charges:
- up to 1 month prior to the date of arrival, 40% of the total agreed price;
- up to 1 week prior to the date of arrival, 70% of the total agreed price;
- within the last week of the date of arrival, 90% of the total agreed price.
For cancellations made between 3 months and 1 month prior to your arrival, we reserve the right to retain a handling fee.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance on top of your deposit.
In the event that you arrive late, have to leave early or cancel at short notice, you will be charged for the outstanding amount, which could mean that advanced payments already made become forfeit.
Any changes to your arrangements must be agreed in writing.
