Information on our prices and terms of conditions:
- Prices & all inclusive services refer to two full-paying adults for a 7 day stay without tax.
- Visitor´s tax: € 1.50 per person per day.
- All packages must be paid in cash.
- For bed and breakfast prices will be reduced by € 10, -.
- The single room supplement is € 10, -.
- Dogs are welcome – prices starting from € 9.50. Please understand that the animals are not allowed in the dining room.
- Surcharges for short stays up to 15% are possible.
- The rates do not include the prices of ski passes.
- For bookings of different rooms as mentioned in the respective package, the difference has to be paid according to the price list.

Rescission by the Party – Cancellation fee
The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral
declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being
liable to pay a cancellation fee.
Outside the period specified the Party may only rescind the Accommodation
Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following
cancellation fees:
- 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;
- 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
- 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
Trip cancellation insurance
We recommend the payment of a trip cancellation insurance.
In late arrival, early departure or cancellation at short notice, the outstanding amount is charged, payments already made may be forfeited by this!
Changed arrangements must be made in writing.
