Step by step to more health. Who practises walking is “in”. Walking is more than just a modern slogan, more than just a fashionable kind of sport, which gets quite soon in oblivion. Walking is staying-power sport for the whole life. In the United States Walking is more popular than jogging for all fitness-conscious-people. Times where we said “success never comes easily” are gone. The object of walking is health, well-being and effectiveness.

Walking as a soft kind of sport is perfect for:

Pulse rate and walking-speed – the general rule is:
220 heartbeats, minus the age in years, from that 75% till 80% - that’s the perfect training-pulse-frequency per minute.

Walking is “in”! What is walking? The word walking comes from the American language and means just to go. It means the fast, sportive “going”, but not the competition-sport “going”. The extreme hip-shaking, through which the competitors achieve the high speed should be avoided if you practise “walking”.
One general rule means: to walk or to run – but without wheezing!

 

You should take to heart the motto for your walking-training – As long as you can talk without any problems, the tempo is ok!

Which effect has “walking”? Frequent walking-training causes the fact that your heart beats slower but stronger. Your blood can absorb more oxygen – even in state of rest for example during sleeping. That leads to a better service of the organs. Your lung grows. The volume of the breathing air and the breathe-in oxygen augment. The muscular system becomes stronger and more elastic. The muscle-cells grow and they can keep more energy. That means that the consumption of all carbohydrates and fats, which are absorbed with the normal food, is higher. Bones, articulation and tendons become stronger and more resistant.


You won’t have that much lesions, straining of muscles becomes rare. All positive corporeal reactions can be shown on the better effectiveness (corporeal, psychic and intellectual). Walking abolishes deposits of fats! Walking is the perfect sport, through which you become slim or even stay slim, without real efforts. The intensity of walking should be as low as possible but at the same time as high as necessary, that your muscles have enough oxygen. When you consider that, your deposits of fats will be eliminated really quickly!


Short time after you start walking your metabolism of fats begins to deliver the energy for the walking. After 45 minutes walking the metabolism of fats is the main supplier. Imagine, just 45 minutes of walking every day and your fat-deposits are eliminated! Parts of your body get formed!
